Accounts Payable Supervisor

Vickie Trout is the Housing Accounts Payable Supervisor for National Church Residences. The AP Team consists of myself, the Reserve Coordinator, Amy Henderson, Vendor Coordinator, JoAnn Reese and the Insurance Coordinator, Elaine Rood. We pay all of the invoices for all of our Housing sites. We work closely with our Property Managers, Regional Portfolio Leaders, and Regional Vice Presidents.

In this session you will be able to ask the Housing Accounts Payable supervisor and staff questions regarding AP procedures, Yardi entry, security deposit refunds, pet deposit refunds, how to look up a payment, how to request a vendor and many other important AP questions.
