For those who selected to participate in the optional Bus Tours during registration on Monday, October 24, tours depart from the Connector between the Hyatt and the Convention Center at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Please plan travel arrival accordingly.


All Housing attendees will be in sessions all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please plan travel accordingly.

Greeters with signs featuring the National Church Residences logo will escort you and your luggage to Exclusive Motor Coach for transportation to the Hyatt Regency Downtown. Please make sure you have your luggage tagged with your name and address.

 

You will arrive at the Hyatt and be directed to the hotel registration area where you will register for your room. The cost of your room will be charged to the Conference Master Bill; however, you will need a credit card on file with the hotel to handle any incidentals you may charge to your room.

Parking


The Day Rates for Self-Parking at the Chestnut Street Garage ($12) or for Valet Parking ($22) apply to those who are driving in for the day.

 

If you are going to be at the conference for just a few hours, regular hourly rates apply.  This applies to Self Parking as well as Valet Parking.

Hotel guests in the National Church Residences block will receive a 15% discount for Self Parking at the Chestnut Street Garage (normally $20) or Valet Parking (normally $33 overnight).

Valet Parking

The overnight rate with in/out privileges is $38 per day for Valet Parking.  The valet stand where you drop your car is at the front of the Hyatt Regency (see map).  Note:  Please remember that Valet Parking is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.


Self-Parking

Park at the Chestnut Street Garage.  Day rate is $22 per day with in/out privileges. Note:  When you first arrive, if you are Self-Parking,  you may want to drop your luggage off with the bellman at the front of the Hyatt Regency before you park your car.  The Hyatt Regency Hotel will honor a 15% discount on Valet Parking  and Self Parking in the Chestnut  Garage for all National Church Residences guests staying at the Hyatt Hotel.
