For our conference, we will be making use of a great app from eventScribe. This year’s conference app will bring back favorite features (social networking, agendas at your fingertips, and speaker profiles) and welcome new, exciting tools such as audience response, note taking during sessions, and immediate session evaluations!

Most exciting of all – we will be hosting a Scavenger Hunt. You’ll be challenged to track down people and locations and answer questions to earn points and win prizes!

You must download the conference app while connected to WiFi prior to conference as we only have access to WiFi in the lobby and sleeping rooms. This will enable you to download important conference information (handouts, slides, and more), print your name badge, and dive into the Scavenger Hunt once the conference starts. After the initial download, the app will function using data similar to other apps you might use on a daily basis.
