Todd Puhl is Vice President of Housing Processes and Operational Design. Todd started his career with National Church Residences in 2008 as a Regional Portfolio Leader in his native state of Ohio. After working with an amazing team in Ohio, Todd took an opportunity to move to the mountains of Western North Carolina to oversee a portfolio of properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee for National Church Residences. There he found an equally wonderful team of property management professionals with healthy dose of southern hospitality. In his current role, he focuses a lot of his efforts streamlining and improving processes for the Affordable Housing Management Team. When not working on spreadsheets, budgets or answering emails, Todd enjoys spending time with his husband, Scott Walker and overly cute dog, Hurley.
