SVP Senior Services and Senior Living
In September 2016, Susan DiMickele was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel for National Church Residences, after more than two years of serving on the organization’s Board of Directors.
In July 2019, after building the in-house legal team, Susan gained additional responsibility for leading the organization's Home and Community Based Services, including Home Care, Hospice, Community Wellness, Population Health Management, and Service Coordination.
In January 2022, Susan was named Senior Vice President of Senior Services and Senior Living. Susan leads operations for a Senior Living portfolio of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home and Community Based Services. This team of over 2,000 employees serves over 30,000 older adults each year, enabling them to thrive at home and within our National Church Residences communities. Susan is also responsible for marketing and innovation across the entire organization.
Prior to September 2016, Susan was a Partner with the Squire Patton Boggs law firm where she co-led the global Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Susan is an author to many national publications and well as two books - Chasing Superwoman, A Working Mom's Adventure in Life and Faith (2010) and Working Women of the Bible (2013).
