Matt Frericks

Matthew Frericks, born and raised in Circleville, Ohio, is a Graduate of Miami University (Sociology/Gerontology) and is married to Grant Frericks. He is a kidney donor (1997) and a DONATE LIFE supporter. Matthew currently serves as Regional Director of Facilities Support Services for National Church Residences following his position as Interim Executive Director at First Community Village (June – September 2022). Past positions and responsibilities include retirement community and higher education operations administration, Employee Experience Director at Proctor & Gamble (P&G) World headquarters and 4 R&D sites. 



Matthew conducts community visits partnering with Culinary, Maintenance/Housekeeping Directors and other team members to ensure operational systems meet the needs of the residents, community and home office team members. He provides guidance and strategy around KPIs, metrics and outcomes, while leading new and innovative Facilities Support Services programs to support operational success for our residential care facilities. Additionally, Matthew partners with internal and external experts and influencers to adapt and incorporate thought leadership into wellbeing platforms that benefit our residents.
