Martha Graves began her career with National Church Residences in 2017 as the HUD Compliance Manager and PPG Administrator. Martha came to us with 12 years of experience in property management and affordable housing compliance. 

In her role as the HUD compliance manager she is responsible for providing us with the resources necessary to stay compliant with HUD regulations. In addition, as the PPG Administrator, she is also responsible for keeping our policies, procedures and documents updated and maintaining the PPG database.
