Mark Ricketts

Mark Ricketts is the President and Chief Executive Officer of National Church Residences, one of the largest non-profit providers of senior housing in the country with more than 340 properties in 26 states. Prior to becoming President in December of 2014, Ricketts served as President and CEO-Elect with operational responsibility for National Church Residences’ portfolio of communities, ranging from Continual Care Retirement Communities to Affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing.

Ricketts began his affiliation with National Church Residences as a member of the Board of Directors, serving from 1991 to 1997. Deeply committed to its mission of serving seniors, he joined the organization in 2000 as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Housing. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Housing Division from 2003-2012 and served as Corporate Chief Operating Officer from 2012-13.

Prior to joining the leadership team of National Church Residences, Ricketts was Vice President of Rockbridge Real Estate Investors, Inc., an investment banking firm (formed by the former directors and principals of Banc One Capital Corporation), Vice President of Banc One Capital Corporation, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Arshot Investment Corporation and Tax Manager with Deloitte and Touche.

He has served on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors and LeadingAge Business Strategy Council and is associated with the Housing Partnership Network and the Stewards of Affordable Housing. Ricketts is a member of Lifepoint Church in Delaware County and an Area Advisor for Bible Study Fellowship, an international para-church Bible study.

He is married and has three adult children and 4 grandchildren. Ricketts graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
