Kelly O’Connell Leiker is a Professional Speaker, Executive Coach, and the Owner of Leiker Development. She is currently a professor in the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota where she teaches advanced courses on strategic management, organizational leadership, and change and innovation. 

 

Kelly has worked with National Church Residences for over 7 years and has a true passion for the organization's mission and the truly dedicated people who serve it. Over the past 18 years, she has coached many leaders to help them to look at leadership challenges through a new lens. 

 

Helping leaders think about how they can best lead and inspire others while still taking care of themselves is a passion of hers. Her coaching style is compassionate, honest, encouraging, and application based. When partnering with clients, they will use models, content, and current research to support practical strategies uniquely tailored to each leader.

 

Kelly has degrees in psychology, and communication and an MBA in business management. She loves a good book, a funny joke, and a restorative yoga class when at all possible. She currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her family.

This session will give property managers a chance to explore opportunities to collaborate and be more effective. We will apply creativity techniques to real-life situations that face property managers so that they can leave the conference with concrete tools and actions they can take back to be successful with residents.
