Respectful Living Playbook

Respect, understanding, and mutual trust are the most important parts of a good working relationship at National Church Residences. This includes interactions within or between property stakeholders (employees, residents, guests, and vendors). The "Enforcing an Environment of Respect" Policy is designed to provide guidelines for enforcement if there is an interaction between any employee, resident, guest, and/or vendor that fails to maintain the good working relationship that we are trying to promote.

The purpose of the Respectful Living Playbook is to provide background knowledge on topics related to the Respect Policy. This encourages one to develop the mindset and skills to carry out the activities and handle difficult instances that may arise in the workplace, especially ones concerning race.

The presentation at the 2022 National Conference is an exciting blend of the two resources, bringing a cohesive understanding of the principles highlighted in both. In the spirit of Aretha Franklin, get excited for an engaging session where we’re focusing on R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
