Brianna Mettler

Mrs. Mettler began her career with National Church Residences in 2006. Since that time, Brianna has served in several capacities that allowed for professional and career advancement within the organization.



Brianna’s role with National Church Residences began with her serving as the Senior Services Rehabilitation Manager.  In 2009, she expanded her responsibilities within the rehabilitation department by becoming the Regional Manager. Brianna then transitioned to the Administrator of Home Health Services role and was promoted to Director of Home Health Services Management in 2013. She was quickly promoted to Executive Director of Senior Services in 2014. In 2016, Brianna was promoted to Vice President of Senior Services Operations. Just recently, she has been promoted to Vice President of Healthcare Operations. Her current responsibilities include operational oversight of the Senior Services and Senior Living divisions. This includes 16 senior housing properties in Ohio and Florida, where the properties range from independent and assisted living to memory care and skilled nursing communities. Brianna’s operational responsibilities also include Home Health, Hospice, Community Wellness, Care Management, and Support Services. 

Brianna’s career advancement and experience has provided her with deep operational, financial, and business knowledge across the organization. She is also involved in many associations representing home and community-based services including the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice (OCHCH), where she is an active board member.
