Areasa Saunders is a state licensed social worker (LSW) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Saunders is also a Certified Coach in the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety through LeaderFactor. She has obtained a Certificate in Leadership in Human Services Management from The Ohio State University. Ms. Saunders is currently working as an Education Manager where she helps to plan, direct and coordinate the training and development activities for National Church Residences employees and staff.
