Regional Vice President

Amil Marchena serves as Regional Vice President with National Church Residences. He was born in Colombia, South America and immigrated to the United States in 1998 in pursuit of the English language and a degree in Computer Programming. Amil began his Property Management career in 2002 working primarily with LIHTC, HUD, Public Housing, and managing multifamily housing communities. In 2011, Amil joined National Church Residences in Atlanta as the Senior Manager for our 300-unit senior community, Baptist Towers. In 2012, Amil was awarded the Core Value Award of Professionalism and soon, thereafter, promoted to Regional Portfolio Leader overseeing the operations of our housing communities in Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas. During that time, he developed robust site teams, led successful lease-ups and kept a close eye on insuring his region consistently met benchmarks. Amil is thoughtful and passionate about what he does. He brings a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, in all that he does. When not working, Amil enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, and exercising. His passion and dedication to serve the most vulnerable has turned his job into a calling.
