Gene'a "Gigi" Sain

Gene’a Sain holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, with approximately 10 years of social work experience. Gene’a has worked for National Church Residences for 6 years, and during that time provided education, training, and support to Service Coordinators; developed services to support hospice functions, including support groups, training, and memorial services; and successfully implemented many grant programs, as well as a NCQA, accredited Home For Life care coordination program. During her years at National Church Residences, Gene’a has also expanded her education. Adding to her Bachelor of Psychology and Criminal Justice degree from Central State University, Gene’a has completed her Project Management Training at Ohio Dominican University, with a pending PMP exam in 2023. In her current role as Staff Development Coordinator, Gene’a supports the organization’s senior services division with new hire orientation, staff development, and educational training programs.
